No problem - Minor alterations and addition of sleeves (to dresses without sleeves) can be done at a minimal cost provided the design of the outfit is such that sleeves addition is possible. You may also order a stole and trouser separately for your dress. Once your order has been placed, just email us your alteration/add-on requirements along with your Order No to our Customer Service team at info@deepakperwani.com and they will process your request accordingly. This service is not available for Cash on Delivery customers.

Shopping online at Deepak Perwani is very easy:
- Once you have found an item, click on the BUY NOW' button.
- You can see your shopping cart, if you want to purchase another item with it so click on’ CONTINUE SHOPPING’ button and if you are done then click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button
- then you will be asked to register if you are a new customer, once you register your account you will be directed to the payment options window.

All products are sold according to the standard size chart of Deepak Perwani. But as sizes can vary, we have provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply email info@deepakperwai.com for advice.

We accept Western Union, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Cash on Delivery service for customers inside Pakistan. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

To avoid the risk of fraudulent transactions, all the orders and payments are reviewed by our online risk/fraud dept. Once your payment is approved, you will receive a notification via email and your order will be marked as 'Paid' automatically. The review process usually takes around 4-48 hours.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

Once your payment has been made successfully, you will be able to track your order instantly through courier service provider after entering tracking number which will be provided to you via e-mail.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 weeks. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, Deepak Perwani is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We can deliver to addresses other than the address associated with your payment card. We're sorry but we don't offer a gift wrapping service at the moment.

Your delivery should take no longer than 3-4 weeks after the day you place your order. You can track your order directly through your tracking number on the site of courier service provider.

Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate, and that products ordered are available. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be errors, and occasionally products which are available from our website may be out of stock in our warehouse. If this happens, we will only ship you any items from your order which are in stock. You will not be charged for out of stock items.

Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the address which you have given us. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss this.

We need your e-mail address in order to send you important information about your order, including order confirmations and tracking details. If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not be able to order.
